Online purchase made through joyusing.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.

All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.

Return/exchange Process

If the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee to return them.

In other situation, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee if asking for return. The specific fee is based on the express company you choose.

No restocking fee to be charged to customers for the return of a defective product

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at info@joyusing.com to get a return authorization and return address. 

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We offer full refund to your original payment method if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
